ENG defender and 2007 WorldHockey All Star Crista Cullen does a great job in this BBC video, introducing hockey to the layperson, and here is her guide to penalty corners. Both videos were done in the lead-up to Beijing, but it's nice to see they're still easy findable on the BBC website. The videos aren't embeddable, but worth the click-through!
